What types of products does Vortex Paints offer?
Vortex Paints offers three main product categories — Paint Industry Products (such as rust converters, primers, and paint cleaners), House Holding Products (such as sofa cleaners and gum removers), and Agriculture Products (such as mealybug killers, porcupine repellents, and plant sealers).
How do I place an order and what payment methods are accepted?
You have two ways to place an order. You can add products to your cart on the website and checkout by providing your billing address and contact email — or you can order directly via WhatsApp by clicking the "Buy On WhatsApp" button on any product page. Currently, the only payment method available is Cash on Delivery (COD) — you pay when your order arrives.
What is the difference between Vortex Rust Remover and Vortex Rust Converter?
The Rust Remover (රු1,900) chemically strips existing rust off metal surfaces, while the Rust Converter (රු3,800) works differently — it reacts with rust and converts it into a protective coating, essentially using the rust itself to protect the metal from further corrosion.
I need to clean paint off a surface. Which product should I use?
It depends on the paint type. For solvent-based (thinner) paints, use the Vortex N/C Paint Cleaner 250ml (රු1,500). For water-based paints, use the Vortex W/B Paint Cleaner 250ml (රු1,500). Both are available in the Paint Industry Products category.
